As Lead Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end creation experience for Loom, focusing on recording, generation, and editing. You will also prototype and ship innovative ideas, especially those leveraging AI for video creation.
Responsibilities
- Elevate design craft and set a high bar for interaction, visual, and motion design
- Drive high fidelity designs with great attention to detail
- Own the end-to-end creation experience and make the journey seamless and AI-assisted
- Prototype and ship innovation, partnering with the NextGen pod
- Mentor and inspire the design team
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in Product Design
- Led product design for complex, user-facing products
- High bar for craft in interaction, visual, and motion design
- Track record of shipping innovative, user-centered solutions
