Lead the end-to-end design process for a core product area within a global logistics platform. Transform complex workflows into intuitive desktop experiences used by supply chain professionals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process including user research, journey mapping, and high-fidelity UI handoff
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Product and Engineering to simplify complex enterprise workflows
- Shape the internal design culture through mentorship, craft advocacy, and exploration of AI-driven workflows
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing data-dense, desktop B2B SaaS platforms with complex enterprise workflows
- Proven track record leading 0→1 projects from ambiguous discovery phases through to final production
- Excellent communicator comfortable collaborating with engineers and presenting design decisions to external client stakeholders
