• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing design system to identify inconsistencies and architectural gaps.
• Redefine core foundations including typography, color systems, and spacing while building modular, documented components in Figma.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to establish clear governance models and ensure seamless adoption of the new system.

• Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to translate product goals into scalable component architectures.
