The UX Designer will conduct user research, design interactions and visual elements, and evaluate designs through user testing. They will collaborate with product managers and developers to advocate for user-centric design and improve the product based on user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations
- Designing interactions and workflows for a product or service
- Creating visual elements such as color schemes, typography, and imagery
- Conducting user tests to evaluate design and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with product managers, development leads, and designers to translate findings into actionable insights
Requirements
- BSc in Design, Psychology, Cognitive Science, HCI or other relevant field
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design
- Experience working in a B2B context and in healthcare is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong collaborator with experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders
