Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead and guide the graphic team in daily tasks, ensuring quality and effective creative workflows. They will develop and produce graphic materials across various channels while maintaining brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide graphic designers in daily work, including prioritization, quality assurance and efficient creative workflow
• Develop and produce graphic material for campaigns, social media, newsletters, web, print, OOH and packaging
• Ensure all visual material follows the company's brand guidelines, tone and aesthetic direction
• Create graphic concepts for product launches, drops and brand initiatives
• Develop templates, visual systems and guidelines to streamline team work
• Collaborate closely with Creative Lead, AD, performance marketing, content creators, e-com, CRM and PR

Requirements

• After-secondary education in the field
• Several years of experience in similar tasks
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and tools like CapCut, Nano Bana or similar
• Ability to produce material for both digital and printed formats
• Organized, meticulous and able to work in a high tempo
• Ability to collaborate and support other creators and teams

Key Skills

• Strong feeling for typography, layout, color and brand aesthetics
• Ability to combine creative height with commercial understanding
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and similar tools
