The Graphic Designer will create high-quality digital and print assets for multiple BrightSpring brands, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. They will collaborate with various teams to deliver integrated campaigns that communicate the organization's mission-driven values.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality digital and print assets for multiple BrightSpring brands, ensuring each aligns with established brand guidelines and communicates our mission-driven values
  • Develop creative layouts and graphics for print collateral, social media, email campaigns, websites, presentations, events, recruitment efforts, and community outreach
  • Maintain and evolve brand identity systems to ensure consistency and clarity across all channels—a key organizational priority as BrightSpring continues to expand
  • Translate marketing and strategic briefs into effective visual solutions that reinforce trust, quality, and care
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales teams, clinical teams, recruitment, and service line leaders to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while upholding BrightSpring’s commitment to accuracy and excellence
  • Set up source files with industry standard production skills and technical precision for prepress, printing, vendor production, and/or digital distribution, ensuring high quality output and brand compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in print and digital agency processes
  • 2–5+ years of design experience—multi-brand, healthcare, or agency experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat); familiarity with other platforms and marketing automation platforms and tools is a plus
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across brand systems, formats, and audiences and must cite any collaboration roles on any group projects
  • Solid understanding of agency processes, presentation skills, and graphic design principles: grid layout, typography and text hierarchy, formatting, primary vs secondary/tertiary color usage, image composition, color modes, correct resolution, etc.
  • Attention to detail on workstreams, pristine source file set up, and seamless integration of working files within the server organization and naming conventions
  • Ability to balance creativity with clarity in a highly mission-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach
  • Experience designing for healthcare, community-based services, recruitment marketing, or patient/caregiver engagement
  • Motion graphics or video-editing and story boarding experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Working with Adobe forms
  • Familiarity with large multi-site or multi-brand organizational structures
  • Basic UX/UI experience for digital experiences or portals (WordPress preferred)
  • Basic traffic management skills
