The Graphic Designer will support the Art Director in executing and evolving the brand's visual identity across various platforms. This includes designing assets for marketing campaigns, sales materials, and digital platforms while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Art Director in executing, maintaining, and evolving the brand's visual identity across all consumer-facing and internal touchpoints, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop visual identities for seasonal campaigns.
- Designing and updating email campaigns and supporting the marketing team with asset creation.
- Creating and revising assets for sales, tradeshows, and retail partners, including POP/POS, dealer catalogs, and print handouts.
- Designing and resizing creative for paid media placements across channels.
- Building and maintaining e-commerce assets, including PDP assets, product imagery, and on-site visuals.
- Assisting with photo shoots, including pre-production prep, on-set support, second shooting/BTS, and post-production asset organization.
- Designing graphics and contributing to product launches, limited-release products, and apparel projects.
- Supporting digital marketing needs across web, social, and other digital platforms.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time professional design experience with increasing scope and responsibility.
- Ability to work on multiple projects across varied creative mediums, with comfort moving between photography, print, video, and digital on a daily basis.
- Prior experience in apparel, print, and digital design for a consumer brand is a plus.
- Strong visual taste and an ability to recognize and execute high-quality creative.
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow alongside a fast-growing brand.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, and Figma.
- Experience with After Effects and Premiere is a plus.
- Ability to create concepts and execute on them from start to finish.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required with relevant professional experience.
