Lead design across all marketing and sales channels, ensuring brand consistency and managing the design system. Create visual assets for various campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead design across all marketing and sales channels, including website, social media, email, events, and collateral
- Own and evolve the GC AI design system, ensuring brand consistency across every asset and interaction
- Manage and update the GC AI website (Framer and related tools), balancing usability, conversion, and brand expression
- Create visual assets for demand gen campaigns, thought leadership, and events, from digital ads to presentation decks
- Partner with Content, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales and Leadership to ensure design supports revenue goals
Requirements
- 5–7 years of design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or high-growth startups
- Framer experience required
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence across web, digital, and marketing design
- Proficiency with Frammer, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Experience developing and managing scalable design systems
- Ability to balance high-level brand strategy with executional detail
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product
