Product UI/UX Designer (Engineer)

The Product UI/UX Designer will take full ownership of UI/UX quality across the product and act as the final decision-maker for all UI/UX changes. They will design and implement UX directly in code and collaborate with various teams to ensure a smooth user experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as the final decision-maker for all UI/UX changes across the product
- Design and implement UX directly in code using Tailwind CSS and modern component-based UI libraries
- Deliver clean, modern, minimalistic, and intuitive interfaces that follow UX best practices and reduce cognitive load for users
- Generate and develop UX ideas aimed at improving usability, clarity, engagement, and overall product value
- Define and refine user flows, screen logic, interactions, and states to ensure a smooth and predictable user experience
- Work closely with Product Managers, CRO Managers, and Engineers to translate hypotheses into clear, testable, and scalable UX solutions
- Ensure UX implementation is consistent, well-structured, and requires minimal rework after release
Requirements
- Highly senior Product UI/UX Designer / UX Engineer with a deep understanding of both UI and UX
- Strong hands-on experience implementing UX directly in code
- Solid experience with Tailwind CSS and component-based UI systems
- Strong product thinking: understanding how UX decisions affect user behavior, retention, and value
- Experience with subscription-based or performance-driven products is a strong plus
- Able to work effectively in a high-pressure, high-expectation environment
- Confident in taking responsibility for final decisions and outcomes
- Clear, structured communicator
