The Product UI/UX Designer will take full ownership of UI/UX quality across the product, ensuring that all changes are approved before release. They will design and implement UX directly in code and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create production-ready solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the final decision-maker for all UI/UX changes across the product
- Design and implement UX directly in code using Tailwind CSS and modern component-based UI libraries
- Deliver clean, modern, minimalistic, and intuitive interfaces that follow UX best practices and reduce cognitive load for users
- Generate and develop UX ideas aimed at improving usability, clarity, engagement, and overall product value
- Define and refine user flows, screen logic, interactions, and states to ensure a smooth and predictable user experience
Requirements
- Highly senior Product UI/UX Designer / UX Engineer with a deep understanding of both UI and UX
- Strong hands-on experience implementing UX directly in code
- Solid experience with Tailwind CSS and component-based UI systems
- Strong product thinking: understanding how UX decisions affect user behavior, retention, and value
