The Website UX Designer will own and continuously improve the user experience across the B2B website, focusing on creating intuitive, conversion-oriented experiences. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure the website effectively communicates value and drives pipeline impact.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize end-to-end website user journeys for B2B audiences
- Create and maintain clear information architecture for complex products, solutions, and industries
- Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive navigation, page layouts, and interaction patterns
- Ensure consistency across all web experiences, including product pages, solution pages, and landing pages
- Conduct UX research including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioral analysis
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UX design for websites, preferably in B2B environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving for complex products or services
- Experience designing for long buying cycles and multiple decision-makers
- Proficiency with UX and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
