The Associate Product Designer will support product and engineering stakeholders in transforming business objectives into intuitive design solutions. They will collaborate on multiple design projects, communicate design ideas, and maintain design quality throughout the product development process.
Responsibilities
- Support product and engineering stakeholders in transforming business objectives into intuitive, high-quality design solutions backed by deep user research
- Apply design thinking methods to create user-centered experiences and contribute to evolving our design system, ensuring consistency and quality across products
- Collaborate on multiple design projects from concept to production, balancing creativity with execution in a fast-paced environment
- Clearly communicate design ideasâverbally and visuallyâthrough concepts, sketches, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to diverse stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in person, university or college
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft and sharp design thinking across deep experiences
- Experience with Figma
- Experience conducting user testing and summarizing insights
- Skilled in clearly communicating design ideas and rationaleâverbally and visually
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
