As a UI/UX Designer II, you will design user interfaces for forensic and investigative applications, collaborating with development teams to create engaging interfaces. You will also conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure consistency across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for web applications using industry standard tools
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with brand guidelines
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture
- Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints and platforms
- Implement accessibility standards and responsive design principles
- Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities
- Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless integration between UI and data services
- Create design assets that strengthen brand identity across digital channels
- Design marketing collateral including email templates, landing pages, and promotional materials
- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and constraints
- Partner with developers to ensure design implementation meets specifications
- Contribute to design systems and pattern libraries
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
- US Citizenship is required
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree with 5 years of experience OR Associate degree with 8 years of experience OR High School/Diploma with 11 years of experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design/development
- Demonstrated experience designing complex enterprise applications
- Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills
- Proficiency level with advanced UI/UX design principles and methodologies
- Proficiency with design tools (such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud Tools, e.g. Illustrator, InDesign)
