As a Senior UX Designer, you will own end-to-end product design for Pure Realize and Pure Value Review, focusing on new product development and ongoing feature evolution. You will also design intuitive micro-site experiences and communicate design solutions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design for Pure Realize and Pure Value Review, spanning new product development, feature evolution, and shared workflows
- Design intuitive, high-quality micro-site experiences that help sales move faster by turning complex data into clear, customer-facing proposals and value reviews
- Communicate design solutions through wireframes, mocks, storyboards, and interactive prototypes, explaining vision, rationale, and user impact
- Independently plan and run usability testing and other research activities to gain insights, validate design approaches, and translate findings into concrete design improvements
- Maintain and raise design quality by collaborating in design critiques, contributing to the Figma design system, and partnering closely with Product and Engineering to deliver AI-driven workflows at scale
Requirements
- Strong interaction design and systems thinking
- Modern visual design skills, with experience in enterprise, SaaS, or cloud-based software
- Hands-on experience using Figma for design and prototyping, contributing to shared design systems
- Ability to independently plan and run usability tests, synthesize findings, and turn insights into practical design improvements
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions, along with strong communication and collaboration skills
