You will analyze user needs and business requirements to derive clear experience goals and functional requirements. Additionally, you will develop information architectures and navigation structures for digital and physical touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing user needs, business requirements, and context factors, and deriving clear experience goals and functional requirements
- Developing information architectures, navigation structures, and end-to-end flows for digital and physical touchpoints
- Creating and validating wireframes and prototypes iteratively, ensuring a consistent user experience
- Communicating experience visions, concept options, and insights clearly to stakeholders
- Ensuring the enforcement of usability, accessibility, and design standards across all touchpoints
Requirements
- A completed degree in Human Computer Interaction Design, User Experience Design, Service Design, or a related field
- Experience with UX methods like design thinking, personas, journey mapping, and usability tests
- Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, ProtoPie, or similar applications
- A solid understanding of UX writing, accessibility standards, and the use of design systems and AI tools
- German language proficiency
