Lead end-to-end product design projects, from research and problem framing to prototyping, testing, and delivery. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and other stakeholders to create thoughtful and elegant design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design projects, from research and problem framing to prototyping, testing, and delivery
- Ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and ground design decisions in research and insight
- Translate complexity into clear, intuitive product experiences
- Deliver pixel-perfect UI that feels intentional, precise, and high-quality
- Contribute to and help mature our Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and other stakeholders as a true team player
- Apply and explore AI-enabled design tools and workflows to work smarter and improve outcomes
- Take full ownership of your work — from concept to shipped product
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally working on B2B SaaS products
- A curious, thoughtful designer who loves learning, researching, and going deep
- Someone who knows how to work systematically and intelligently, not just beautifully
- A strong believer in quality without compromise — visual precision, typography, and interaction details matter
- A designer who seeks the right problem before the solution
- Experienced with (or eager to grow into) owning and evolving a Design System
- A great team player — collaborative, communicative, and respectful
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience or strong interest in using AI and automation to enhance design workflows - from research and ideation to iteration and execution - an advantage
