The Product Designer will take full ownership of the user experience, developing a deep understanding of the business and users. They will lead the design process from concept to production, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the business, users, and product context in a fast-moving startup environment
- Own the design process end-to-end: from discovery and concept through wireframes, flows, UI, micro-copy, and production
- Translate complex product and data requirements into clear, intuitive experiences across web and mobile applications
- Identify usability and UX challenges and solve them with smart, simple, and scalable design solutions
- Lead design work in ambiguous problem spaces, taking strong ownership and making decisions independently
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product/UI/UX design
- Proven experience designing B2C/B2B/B2B2C products
- Strong experience designing web and mobile applications
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design
- Experience with user research, testing, and iterative design processes
- Innovative mindset and experience working with AI tools as part of modern design workflows
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders
- Strong ownership mentality, independence, and ability to balance design quality with business and technical constraints
