The Senior Graphic Designer will define and structure the concept of aesthetics in website design and analyze aesthetic choices to support AI model evaluation. They will also contribute to creating high-quality design datasets and collaborate with data scientists and researchers.
Responsibilities
- Define and structure the concept of aesthetics and website design into clear, actionable dimensions
- Analyze and explain aesthetic choices, identifying what works and what doesn’t, in a way that can directly support data creation processes and the evaluation of our AI models
- Contribute to the creation of high-quality design datasets, including synthetic data generation using AI models
- Explore, research, and identify new sources of aesthetic data - requiring creativity and resourcefulness
- Develop evaluation criteria and frameworks for assessing AI models’ aesthetic capabilities
- Collaborate closely with Data scientists, researchers, and AI analysts
- Stay ahead of the curve on the latest generative AI models, design tools, and visual-AI features
- Use advanced prompt-engineering techniques for design-related tasks
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or Art Director
- Ability to articulate and break down aesthetic concepts into structured elements
- Experience working with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, etc.)
- Strong prompt-engineering skills for design and image generation tasks
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging AI tools, generative models, and visual technologies
- Experience with data-driven design processes is an advantage
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
