Senior Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design process across multiple products, creating intuitive user experiences through various design methods. Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process across multiple products, from discovery and research to high-fidelity designs and final handoff.
• Create intuitive user experiences through wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Translate product requirements, user insights, and business objectives into thoughtful design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to define problem statements, success metrics, and design priorities.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented with high fidelity.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation to inform design decisions and improvements.
• Own and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across products while allowing room for innovation.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles across the organization and contribute to product strategy discussions.
• Review designs from junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and help elevate overall design quality.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and changing business needs while maintaining a high bar for quality.
• Stay up to date with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Product Designer with a proven track record of delivering impactful UI/UX solutions.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals.
• Ability to think holistically about products, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
• High proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma or similar platforms for UI design and prototyping.
• Experience designing for complex workflows, scalable products, or consumer-facing digital platforms.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements and multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Passion for design excellence, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Interest in mentoring, knowledge sharing, and contributing to a strong design culture within the team.
