The Product Designer will own the design of features from early concepts to high-fidelity UI and prototypes, focusing on creating reusable components and interface elements. They will also translate complex financial data into clear user experiences and collaborate with engineering to ensure quality implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design Across Products: Own the design of features from early concepts to high-fidelity UI and prototypes
- Simplify Financial Data: Translate complex datasets and investment insights into clear, trustworthy experiences
- Support Client Integrations: Adapt layouts, components, and interactions to fit client platforms, ensuring smooth embedded experiences
- Collaborate With Engineering: Provide clear specifications, define interaction behaviors and states, review builds, and ensure implementation quality
- Contribute to the Design System: Help evolve the design system by building components that support multiple themes, flexible configurations, and global-ready experiences
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience (B2B, fintech, or data-heavy products preferred)
- Strong UI and interaction design skills, including creating responsive, component-based interfaces
- Ability to explain and justify design decisions with clear UX reasoning
- High proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, design systems, and high-fidelity UI work
- Experience simplifying complex information and shaping intuitive, visually coherent interface behaviors
- Solid understanding of modern UX/UI best practices, accessibility essentials, and practical design constraints
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with strong English proficiency
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving requirements
