The Learning Experience Designer will design and execute learning experiences that integrate psychology, storytelling, and product design. They will craft high-impact courses and analyze user data to ensure transformation and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Learning Experience Architecture: Owns the full learning system, from architecture to execution
- Craft a premium, high-impact course experience: Craft new courses with experts
- Craft AI Conversations and Loops: Write and optimize prompt chains, refine tone and flow
- Analyze, Measure, Iterate for Transformation and Stickiness: Define KPIs of transformation
Requirements
- Experience: 3–6 years as in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design
- Traits: Craft-obsessed, Strong writing skills, Strong aesthetic sensibility, User and Impact Obsessed
