Senior Product Designer, Growth

As a Senior Product Designer on the Growth team, you will design experiences that enhance user discovery and engagement with new products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall Calendly experience.
Responsibilities
- Design hypothesis-driven experiences focused on understanding and improving activation funnels across the product
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to understand user habits and needs
- Drive discovery work to uncover hidden insights on user behavior
- Partner with designers, product managers, engineers, content designers, design systems, and researchers to improve and refine the Calendly experience
- Effectively communicate design approach with strong storytelling to inspire and align the cross-functional team
Requirements
- 5+ years of building and delivering experiences for digital products in product-led B2B or B2C companies
- 2+ years of defining and designing growth experiments focused on different parts of the user funnel
- A strong portfolio of design work that delivers customer and business value
- Expert design storytelling with an ability to communicate design solutions to leaders and peers
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America
