The Senior Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design process for core product features, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct user research to inform design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Design: own the design process from discovery through delivery for core product features and workflows
- Collaborate Across Product & Engineering: partner closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to shape product strategy and define requirements
- Conduct Research and Synthesise Insights: lead and conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to deeply understand customer needs and pain points
- Champion a Scalable Design System: contribute to and maintain a robust design system that ensures consistency, accessibility, and scalability across the product suite
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design
- Strong foundation in UX principles, visual design, information architecture, and interaction design
- Proficient in conducting and applying insights from user research and usability testing
- Experience using research tools like Maze, Lookback, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or in-house testing methods
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners in product management, engineering, and data
