The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with product teams to create high-quality design specifications and champion consumer-grade experiences. They will also mentor junior designers and maintain the Microsoft 365 mobile design system.
Responsibilities
- Forge strong partnerships and allyship through collaboration with all wings of the product team
- Build and pitch concepts through prototypes and presentations to communicate product vision and get stakeholder feedback and funding
- Create well-crafted experiences and translate them into high-quality design spec that helps engineering convert vision into reality and ship a consumer-grade experience
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design
- A strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in translating research insights into great product experiences
- 4+ years of experience shipping digital products in a product/software environment
