Senior Graphic Designer

Create compelling visual assets for various digital channels and collaborate with teams to deliver impactful creatives. Maintain brand consistency while evolving the visual identity and managing multiple design requests.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and on-brand visual assets for digital channels (social media, email, performance ads, website banners, etc.)
• Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing campaigns, brand partnerships, and product launches
• Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and performance teams to deliver impactful creatives optimized for performance
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while keeping visuals fresh and engaging
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help evolve elmenus’ visual identity and tone
• Work with motion designers and photographers when needed to deliver multi-format content (static, GIFs, short videos)
• Manage multiple design requests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional design experience, preferably in consumer brands, tech, or digital marketing agencies
• Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of social media, digital ads, and brand design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects is a plus) or equivalent design tools
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and design for performance (CTR, engagement, conversions)
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with high attention to detail
• A growth mindset, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment

Key Skills

• Experience with motion graphics, short-form video, or animation
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles or basic Figma skills
• Photography or art direction experience
