The UX Designer will drive the 'Define and Design' phase for prioritized initiatives, developing process maps and customer journeys. They will create wireframes and prototypes, ensuring designs meet accessibility standards and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive the 'Define and Design' phase for all prioritised initiatives
- Develop end-to-end process maps, map customer journeys, and conduct as-is and future state assessments
- Create low-to-high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Define content structure, navigation, and user flows
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards
Requirements
- 5+ years in UX/Product Design, preferably within Fintech, Banking, or a highly regulated industry
- Strong experience demonstrating problem-solving, user-centric thinking, and polished UI execution
