As a Senior Product Designer, you will craft user-centered design solutions that enhance enterprise products. You will collaborate across teams to define and refine product features while mentoring other designers.
Responsibilities
- Envision the future AI vision of the product, aligned with user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements
- Leverage storytelling to convey the design vision and user journey
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on UX goals and refine designs
- Champion the adoption of design systems
- Guide and mentor the design team
- Proactively communicate with leaders and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 8+ years experience working in product or service design
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
