The Senior UX Designer will conduct user research, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and design user-centered experiences for cybersecurity products. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis
- Envision and design human-centered experiences with measurable business impact for shaping the next-generation cybersecurity products
- Create information architecture, task flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile platforms
- Contribute to the evolution, maintenance, and scaling of enterprise design systems to ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility
- Iterate designs rapidly based on user feedback, usability findings, and stakeholder inputs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, Visual Communication or related field
- 2 to 4 years of professional UX design experience with a strong portfolio of user-centered solutions
- Experience designing enterprise B2B products; exposure to cybersecurity, SaaS, or complex platforms is a plus
- Awareness or hands-on experience with emerging interaction paradigms such as Agentic AI, voice interfaces, and immersive experiences
- Strong foundational knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research methods
Key Skills
- Strong foundational knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research methods
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and usability testing tools
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows, generative tools, and emerging technologies (AR/VR, conversational UI)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs translate into production
- Working knowledge of global accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
