The Principal UX Designer will lead user research and insights, translating complex business goals into intuitive user experiences. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive UX strategy and innovation across the AI-powered cybersecurity platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead, plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis
- Champion data-informed design decisions, balancing user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
- Define success metrics and UX KPIs aligned to customer value and business outcomes
- Translate complex business goals, risk models, and AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences and mental models
- Establish UX frameworks, principles, and standards that guide teams across products and platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, Visual Communication or related field
- 12+ years of professional UX design experience with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex enterprise software products
- Significant experience designing enterprise B2B platforms, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or data-intensive domains
- Demonstrated leadership in defining UX strategy, experience architecture, and cross-product consistency
- Awareness or hands-on experience with emerging interaction paradigms such as Agentic AI, voice interfaces, and immersive experiences
Key Skills
- Strong foundational knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research methods
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and usability testing tools
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows, generative tools, and emerging technologies (AR/VR, conversational UI)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs translate into production
- Working knowledge of global accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
