The UX Designer will work closely with leadership to understand strategic direction and consult with various teams to address user needs. Responsibilities include conducting UX research, performing heuristic evaluations, and iterating on design based on user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Lead, Experience Design and Senior Manager, Experience Design to understand strategic direction and priorities
- Consult with business, technical, CX team, clinical leads, and users to gain a deep understanding of user needs
- Perform heuristic evaluations of existing products to determine opportunities and gaps
- Conceive, plan, and conduct iterative UX research and perform thematic analysis
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with User experience (UX) design for complex web sites and applications
- Proven experience with information architecture (IA), interaction design, and visual UI design
- Proven experience with User experience (UX) research methodologies and conducting research activities
Key Skills
- Strong facilitation skills and experience leading client workshops remotely
- Experienced with Adobe XD and/or Figma
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
