Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will shape and design the B2B SaaS product, collaborating with product management and engineering to address customer challenges. They will lead the end-to-end design process and drive initiatives from concept to build.
Responsibilities
- Get to know our customers through direct interaction, research, and data analysis
- Design simple, predictable, and powerful experiences from early ideation to high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional product
- Move fast with an eye for detail, iterating as necessary
- Lead from the front, driving positive impact through influence and respect
Requirements
- Experience working as a B2B designer in an in-house product development team
- Ability to balance the needs of users, business objectives, and technical constraints
- Natural curiosity about the product, customers, and wider market
- Strong desire to continually learn and grow
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt communication style depending on the audience
