The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user experiences and advocate for user-centered design. They will also lead user research efforts and refine designs based on feedback and testing.
Responsibilities
- Be an effective collaborator with cross-functional teams
- Provide design leadership to align a group around a shared vision and direction
- Advocate for the user by championing a user-centered design approach and best practices
- Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Well-rounded understanding of the entire product design process
- Research, wireframing, prototyping, UX/UI design, copywriting, and user testing skills
