Lead the design of critical revenue-driving experiences and own the end-to-end sales journeys. Partner closely with Product to identify opportunities and drive initiatives from discovery through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design leadership for Sales Mode experiences
- Set a multi-quarter experience vision and strategy for Sales Mode
- Lead discovery to identify the highest-leverage problems
- Design and iterate on flows that balance the needs of installers, financiers, and homeowners
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Demonstrated leadership on complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Deep customer empathy
- Data fluency
