Staff UX Product Designer

The Staff UX Product Designer will lead design efforts for the Trader Engagement vertical, enhancing customer experiences through educational tools and multimedia content. They will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to deliver innovative design solutions and maintain high design standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive design for the Trader Engagement vertical
• Build an intuitive hub for content creators
• Own the end-to-end design process for product areas related to trader engagement
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams
• Establish and maintain a high standard of design craft across the ecosystem

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding design solutions for complex products
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture
• Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems in a collaborative environment
