Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design new features and refine existing ones, ensuring alignment with user needs and design principles. Conduct user research and usability studies to gather insights and improve the platform.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design new features and refine existing ones
- Assess and challenge the existing user experience, focusing on visual and interaction designs
- Conduct and assist with user research, testing, and usability studies
- Create storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, visual mockups, and style guides to support a rich user experience
- Provide vision and design leadership across the team, offering guidance on best practices, new design developments, and industry trends
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Expertise in the full design cycle
- Proven experience designing complex web applications and enterprise software
- Strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of design principles
- B.A. in UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred)
