Senior Product Designer (Remote from Romania)

Lead the full design lifecycle, from user research and discovery through ideation, prototyping, testing, delivery, and post-launch analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer-facing teams, and stakeholders while representing the end user.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full design lifecycle, from user research and discovery through ideation, prototyping, testing, delivery, and post-launch analysis
• Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover user needs and inform design decisions
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align teams, generate ideas, and support decision-making
• Design user-centered solutions that balance user experience, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Produce high-quality mockups, prototypes, and interaction flows, iterating based on feedback and testing
• Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency across devices and screen sizes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer-facing teams, and stakeholders while representing the end user

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a product design role, ideally within B2B or B2B SaaS environments
• Proven experience designing for multiple devices and screen sizes with a strong focus on usability and consistency
• Deep expertise in design thinking methodologies, from research to delivery
• Strong user research, storytelling, mapping, and service blueprinting skills
• Excellent visual, interaction, and interface design capabilities
• High proficiency with Figma, including advanced features such as auto layout
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing effectively and working autonomously
• Experience working in agile product development environments
• Strong empathy for users, with the ability to understand workflows and design solutions that improve efficiency and satisfaction
• Vibecoding experience is a plus
