The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the development of solutions for projects, focusing on strategic UX thinking and visual design. They will collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to create intuitive designs and ensure effective implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of solutions for projects that require a blend of strategic UX thinking, pixel perfect Visual Design and expert interaction design skills.
- Design and deliver high-fidelity mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Engage in rapid concept and product prototyping together with our product managers to ensure an agile and iterative product development approach.
Requirements
- Academic background in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
- Solid grasp of user-centered design (USD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
Key Skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proficient in Figma and its capabilities for design and collaboration.
- Knowledge of Web Development Fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Advanced computer literacy
