Define and drive end-to-end user experiences across multiple Cortex products while leading cross-product initiatives to simplify complex data and security workflows. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to shape product direction and maintain high design standards.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive end-to-end user experiences across multiple Cortex products
- Lead cross-product initiatives, simplifying complex data and security workflows
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to shape product direction
- Maintain high design standards across UX, UI, and accessibility
- Mentor designers and foster a strong design culture built on collaboration and craft
Requirements
- 4+ years designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX and UI craft
- Proven ability to lead design strategy and deliver high-impact, scalable solutions
- Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, with experience in prototyping and design systems
