Support the execution of graphic design tasks across various marketing and brand initiatives. Collaborate with the Design Lead to translate concepts into polished visual outputs.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of a wide range of graphic design tasks across marketing, brand, and internal communications
- Work closely with the Design Lead to translate concepts, briefs, and ideas into polished visual outputs that align with the Leapsome brand
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table and contribute to visual explorations, mood boards, and early concepts
- Actively research, test, and experiment with AI-powered design tools
Requirements
- Foundational experience in graphic design (through studies, internships, junior roles, or strong personal projects)
- Comfortable working with core design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Genuinely excited about AI in design, not just as a buzzword, but as something you actively want to explore, test, and apply in real work
