Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for designing high-quality proposals and presentations that communicate strategic messaging. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create visually compelling materials that align with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and format business development materials, including proposals, pitch decks, RFP responses, and presentations
• Collaborate with fee earners, marketing partners, and business development leadership to create materials that support client pursuits
• Develop bespoke visual designs and theme concepts while also working within existing brand

Requirements

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in business development, corporate marketing, or professional services
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong design and layout skills with the ability to create visually compelling narratives
