Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create visual content that aligns with the company's brand standards, including marketing materials and digital assets. They will collaborate with internal teams and print companies to ensure consistency in design across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all design work aligns with PJ Morgan Real Estate's brand standards
- Create and utilize templates both for creative development and platform building, consistently adding to these and improving them
- Design an array of digital and print assets including campaign concepts, banner ads, print pieces, website and social assets
- Create designs for monthly newsletters, emails, and blogs
- Update and manage the company websites
Requirements
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Experience creating templates and presentations in Canva
- Experience designing, preparing, and delivering print-ready creative assets
- Keen artistic eye, ability to work within an existing brand but push the boundaries to make it their own
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Uncanny attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay cool under pressure
Key Skills
