UX Product Designer

The UX Product Designer will work within a specific value stream to create intuitive digital experiences for clients. Responsibilities include collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to understand customer needs and design effective solutions across web and mobile channels.
Responsibilities
- Design web and mobile app experiences
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
- Conduct user research and testing
- Create prototypes and designs
- Develop new functionality and deliver business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Product Designer
- Experience in finance, asset management or other regulated industries
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of responsive design and native mobile patterns
- Ability to conduct and apply user research and usability testing
