As a Product Designer, you will design and iterate on user interfaces and user flows for Satispay's consumer app and B2B products. You will conduct user research, collaborate with developers, and analyze data to optimize features.
Responsibilities
- Design & Iterate to improve interfaces and user flows
- Manage Multiple Touchpoints to design consistent experiences across different platforms
- User Advocacy to conduct user research and testing
- Collaborative Execution to work closely with developers and stakeholders
- Data-Informed Decisions to analyze app usage data and user feedback
- Product Innovation to monitor technology trends and propose improvements
- Cross-functional Alignment to partner with Customer Care and QA teams
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in product design
- UX/UI Mastery with deep understanding of information architecture, usability, and data visualization
- Analytical & Research Skills with proven ability to conduct research and translate complex data into simple design solutions
- Strong Portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking and core design skills
- Effective Communicator with excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Educational Background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Language Proficiency in English
