Product Designer - Sherpany

As a Product Designer, you will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to enhance the user experience for Board- and C-Level Meetings. You will solve design problems, create workflows, and optimize user journeys based on research findings.

Responsibilities

• Solve challenging design problems and develop easy-to-use user interfaces
• Create concepts, workflows, design prototypes, and optimise the user experience journey
• Collaborate closely with Product Manager and Engineers in your squad to make Sherpany a delightful product for Board- and C-Level Meetings

Requirements

• Combines user focus with business goals
• Collaborates closely with product managers and stakeholders to shape user journeys
• Full ownership of features or products, from ideation to implementation
• Validating, testing solutions to solve user pains and drive expected business outcomes
• Ability to analyze both quantitive and qualitative data, set success metrics
• Self-organized in a remote-first set-up
• Fluency in English, German is a nice to have
