Assist in creating and applying UI/UX strategies for solutions, including interfaces for low-code/no-code AI platforms. Conduct user experience research and collaborate with the team to design solutions that address complex user and business problems.
Responsibilities
- Auxiliar na criação e na aplicação das estratégias de UI/UX para as soluções
- Criar interfaces intuitivas por meio de protótipos de baixa e alta fidelidade
- Efetuar levantamento de informações referente aos pontos de melhoria na experiência do usuário
- Realizar mapeamento de jornadas, storyboard, personas e outras técnicas de UXResearch
- Colaborar com a equipe no projeto de soluções que auxiliem na resolução de problemas complexos dos usuários e de negócio
