The role involves designing user interfaces and customer journeys that enhance user experience. The designer will also take responsibility for projects and initiatives, applying strategic planning and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Designing User Interfaces and Customer Journeys which users love
- Prioritising effectively by applying the Pareto principle of 20/80
- Breaking down bigger milestones into risk-safe strategic agile iterations that lead to quality and steady progress
- Adapting communication method/style to the audience so that everyone is able to understand the main point
Requirements
- State of the art knowledge in designing User Interfaces and Customer Journeys which users love
- Real domain expert down to the roots in UI/UX design
- Knowing the difference between real knowledge/understanding and Dunning-Kruger
- Open mind to listen and learn but also to give back knowledge to the organization
- Strong business problem-solving mindset, taking responsibility for (sub-)projects/initiatives
