The role involves collaborating with Instructional Designers to create visually engaging e-learning modules and contributing to storyboarding. The designer will ensure alignment between instructional flow and design while delivering high-quality outputs within project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers to translate learning objectives into compelling visuals
- Contribute to storyboarding by suggesting layouts, design flow, and creative treatments
- Design graphics, illustrations, infographics, and layouts aligned with brand guidelines
- Ensure high-quality, consistent design optimized for desktop and mobile platforms
- Deliver creative solutions within agreed project timelines
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in e-learning)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) and Figma
- Proven experience in storyboarding and instructional design collaboration
- Strong portfolio showcasing e-learning or training-related work
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs
