Middleweight Graphic Designer

The Middleweight Graphic Designer will edit high-production performance ads for D2C brands and collaborate with the Art Director and design team to create high-converting ad creatives. The role also involves applying performance data to improve creative output and supporting internal marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performing ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands
• Collaborate with the Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs
• Apply performance data to continuously improve your creative output
• Stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing
• Support internal brand development through presentations, pitch decks, and reports
• Maintain and evolve the agency’s visual identity in line with strategic goals
• Present and refine design work based on feedback and analytics

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma
• A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished work
• Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken)
