The Graphic Designer will lead the creation of visually engaging assets tailored for social media platforms and collaborate with teams to transform strategic ideas into impactful designs. They will also ensure brand consistency and stay updated on design trends and cultural shifts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of scroll-stopping assets and designs, tailored specifically for the nuances of major social platforms
- Collaborate with the creatives and strategists to turn a brief into a masterpieceā from high-energy social graphics and motion pieces to dynamic presentations and sleek landing pages.
- Act as the guardian of brand identity, and ensure that every asset is polished, consistent, and on-brandāno matter the turnaround time.
- Stay ahead of emerging design styles, platform updates, and cultural shifts to inform visual storytelling that is at the forefront of social conversation.
Requirements
- 2ā3+ years of professional design experience, specifically within a social-first agency or a brand that lives on the feed.
- A strong portfolio of work that illustrates how you handle typography, layout, and motion in a way that feels native to the modern social media landscape.
- Expert-level mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and proven experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
