Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creative design and visual identity for marketing and communications initiatives. They will produce high-quality creative assets for both digital and print channels to enhance Y Queensland's profile and support key campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and design development for key marketing and communications campaigns across Y Queensland
• Design and produce creative assets for digital and print channels, including campaign materials, advertising, social media content, signage, brochures, and reports
• Develop digital and motion assets to enhance campaign storytelling and engagement across web, social, and video channels
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand audience needs and translate them into creative outputs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years' experience in professional graphic design, ideally in an in-house or agency environment
• Proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Key Skills

• Demonstrated experience in leading creative projects from concept through to delivery
• Experience producing creative for multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social, OOH)
• Understanding of web design principles, accessibility, and UX basics
